We also offer a Caviar breakfast and appetizers for special occasions. Trovasi Café is a small neighborhood café for those seeking high quality cuisine & service at friendly prices.

DAYTIME & EVENING CUISINE

Bringing a touch of innovation and spontaneity that makes Trovasi Cafe’s cuisine inspired and deliciously appealing. Featuring uniquely created artisan toasts & sandwiches, Trovasi eggs & quiches, salads, soups, and classic bistro dinner fare. Our culinary menu is enhanced by the charm of service “à la française”, rarely seen in a neighborhood cafe. The daytime & evening menu is enhanced by professional barista created coffees, refreshing Prosecco spritz cocktails and fine desserts, especially the Trovasi famous Tiramisu.

THE PREMISES

The Trovasi Cafe offers a marvelous dining experience, where time seems to stand still, and guests can escape the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta’s romantic zone. An experience cherished by both locals and visitors alike. The intimate air-conditioned dining space with antique mirrors and a large mural is reminiscent of a small Venetian cafe. There is also an outdoor courtyard with a beautiful central fountain and it is the perfect way to enjoy the traditional charm of Puerto Vallarta al fresco.

PROSECCO SPRITZ & BAR

Puerto Vallarta’s only Prosecco & Spritz Bar menu, offering the perfect cocktails for Puerto Vallarta’s tropical weather.  The ultimate in sophisticated morning leisure, Mimosas & Bellini’s are made of fresh squeezed orange juice or peach puree and Italian Prosecco. The Trovasi Café’s most popular daytime cocktail is their famous Aperol Spritz, as well as the Limoncello, Disarono, Pernod, Licor-43 and Margarita Spritzes. For dessert, you can also enjoy a cool Orange Carajillo Coffee, Espresso Martini or glass of 10 yr old Port.

Our Friends Of Trovasi members receive a special discount on food orders (with some exceptions). It’s our loyalty program to thank our valued customers that are permanent residents or longer term visitors of Puerto Vallarta. It’s FREE to join, just ask for a Friends of Trovasi membership form after your first visit. The membership offers a discount on food orders but does not offer a discount on beverages, take-out orders, caviar or special promotions.

Fantastic cafe. Wonderful atmosphere and great service. Lots of special touches. When the waiter introduced himself he told us he would help us with our Spanish if we wanted. I’ve never had that kind of service before. I got to do a lot of practicing and learned a few new words. The owner was also very attentive and gracious. We each had the avocado toast- delicious.

Small cafe/restaurant with some additional tables in the adjacent courtyard. Cozy and comfortable!
Service is impeccable, friendly and knowledgeable.
Food is excellent. I had smoked salmon toast and my wife had their classic breakfast. Stunning! Best we had in PV.

A gem in Puerto Vallarta Old Town
Excellent cafe for breakfast or lunch. Nicely decorated. Clean. Many options. Jeremiah was my server and he was very attentive. Tried the ham and cheese sandwich with side salad. So good! Just a block from Intercam. Don’t miss this gem.
